NEW YEAR RECIPE

Take twelve whole months.
Clean them thoroughly of all
bitterness, hate, and jealousy.
Make them as clean as possible.

 

Now cut each month into twenty-eight,
thirty or thirty-one different parts,
but do not make the whole batch at once.

 

Prepare it one day at a time.

 

Into each day, mix well
1 part of
faith,
1 part of patience,

1 part of
courage ,
and 1 part of work.

 

Add to each day
1 part each of
hope, faith,

compassion, contemplation,

and at least 1 good deed.

 

Season the whole mixture with

a dash of good spirits,
a sprinkle of
fun, a pinch of play,
and a cupful of
good humour.

 

Pour all of this into a vessel of love.
Cook thoroughly over radiant joy,

garnish with a
big smile,
and serve with
humility, gratitude

and a cheerful ............

Baba highly recommends the following:
 
TO AVOID WRINKLES
Try the wonderful cream of "Smile". It tones and lifts up the facial muscles, and reduces wrinkles. Avoid getting angry or annoyed as frowning will add wrinkles to your face.
 
FOR CLEAR SKIN
"Sadhana" is the best all-round Tonic for clearing out impurities and speeding   up renewal.
 
LIPS
     Use the contouring lipstick "Silence".  This is particularly good for the lips that have been damaged by unnecessary talk and uncharitable gossip.
 
CLEANSER
The most effective deep cleanser is "Meditation".  Best used daily between   3:00am and 6:00 am.
 
SKIN PURIFIER
"Bhajan" is an excellent purifier and revitaliser.  Use at least once daily.
 
SOFT HANDS
Get a large tub of "Service" and use it as often as possible each day.
 
MOUTHWASH
"Sweet words" works wonders!  Use regularly with soft and loving speech.
 
BLUSHER
The early morning air, between 4.30am – 5.30am, on the way to 'Nagarsankirtan' will bring a wonderful glow to your face.
 
EXFOLIATOR
          "Namasmarana" wards off illnesses and improves well being.
 
 
 
Sai Soul Food Tips
 

I know how systematic you are all in eating and drinking. You take pretty good care of the body. I do not condemn it. I only want that you should take good care of the needs of the spirit also.

 Take a dose of Dhyanam and Japam as morning breakfast.

 
Take Puja and Archana as lunch at noon.

 
Take a dose of Sathsanga, Satchintana, Sath-granthaparayana or Nama
likithajapa as afternoon tea and snacks.

 Take Bhajan as dinner.

 Take Manana as a cup of milk before going to bed,

 
This dietary is enough to keep your inner being happy and healthy.
