AUM SRI SAIRAM

I am Suresh from Bangalore.

Swami in His infinite mercy blessed 1000 youth members from the state of Karnataka,India to take part in The SSS WYC.

Right from my coming to know about the conference , getting registered and attending was a big miracle of Bhagawan.

I would like to share some of my experiences during the World Youth Conference
held last month at Prashanthi NIlayam;
Swami played the role of a perfect Divine Mother, which ofcourse He is.
Swami provided the delagates who had come from all parts of the world free accomodation and food. All the delegates lived for three days in perfect harmony. How nice will it be if only we all like the same way always....
It was not just ordinary food but devamrutha(Divine nector) of 7 star quality that Swami provided in the specially erected Pandal.A special word about the Karnataka youth. Some of them did not attend the conference but took up Seva activities of organizing the food for all the delegates.
Every meal had at least two desserts.
When the youth rally reached Sai Kulvanth Hall Swami was there watching every person pass by like a proud mother.
He spent so much time for the youth to the extent that all were in tears during the veledictory discourse.
Swami took the Youth to the indoor stadium for a friendly basket ball match between India & Srilanka.
I remember at this juncture a saying of Swami which I read somewhere long time ago;
Among Children I am a Child;
Among Men I am a Man;
Among Women I am a Woman;
Alone I am GOD.

From Swami's discourse it was evident that He had immence confidence on the Youth & He was ready to do anything for them.Should we not as His children act in such a way so as to please our Divine Mother Swami?

These are only a few of the many experiences each person would have had.

Grateful Thanks Dear Swami.

Sairam! By going through the recent discourses by Swami in the youth conference, we all become very happy. No need to sit in back breaking postures for long time in meditations resulting in joint pain and back ache. Eleven seconds are enough to contemplate on the Divine. Adhering to the time schedules even in mundane activities like eating and sleeping, avoiding harmful foods like meat and fish which may ultimately lead to cancer etc, developing a joyous outlook are some of the  tips given by Swami. Why don't we follow those simple steps in spirituality and remaining happy and joyful always? At least let us follow them now. It is full grace that has resulted in Swami distributing 1000 robes he wore early and preserved in the store room to the youths who have gathered there is really thrilling. His  manifesting a 'shiva linga' during the discourse and promised a bigger one during the Shivarathri are some of the highlights. The naming of cute little elephant as "Sathya Geeta" is the crown of all. Sairam.

AUm Sri Sai Ram Dear brothers and Sisters:

Swami has revealed the secrets of the higher life. Just 11 seconds of meditation and not hours and hours. How to attain Mukti (Liberation) and many other gems about food, cancer causes; avoidance of non-veg, Fish and Cheese.
May I suggest that we all read this rather thoroughly as the relevance is so great and compelling as we're all youths in this spiritual journey.

Phyllis Krystal is a psychotherapist and now lives in Germany. She is a long time devotee of Sathya Sai Baba and has authored many books. Sai Baba, the Ultimate Experience was her first book and tells much of her life story and her discovery of Sai Baba. Her next two books explain the methods she uses in her work, Cutting the Ties That Bind. She has also written two books focused on applying Sai Baba's teachings to everyday life, Taming the Monkey Mind and Reconnecting the Love Energy. At 92, Phyllis Krystal leads an active life, traveling, giving workshops, and serving as an advisor on the National Young Adult Advisory Committee of the Sai Baba Organisation in the USA .

Phyllis Krystal recently attended a retreat held for the Young Adults in America. The concerns of youth in the modern world are expressed very succinctly in this Question and Answer session. The questions of the young adults reveal the illnesses that exist in modern society, which has largely disregarded the eternal values of Love, Peace, Truth, Integrity and Character. Indirectly, the youth indicate the pressures of living in Kali Yuga, the age of discord.

This question and answer session reveals the sincerity of young adults in their quest to be examples of Swami's teachings amid the pollution and confusion of this age. We let the youth raise their questions and read Mrs Krystal's replies

The Responsibility of the Youth

The youth are the ones who will make the leap into the Golden Age. It is very difficult for elders to change their old habits. It is much easier for younger people to do it. I think the hope of the Sathya Sai Organisation and Sathya Sai Baba's message rests on your shoulders. You have to find your own methods to deal with the situations you face in today's world. You will have a lot of criticism, but that will make you strong. If you stay in contact with the Sai within, He will guide you, because the young people are very, very close to His heart. It is not that difficult, it just takes practice. He does not want you to advertise Him. When people ask, then you can talk about Baba, but you cannot push Baba on to people. If we carry Swami's message properly, people will be attracted and they will ask, "What is different about you? You seem much happier than the majority of the people."

Remaining focused on Swami during Times of Difficulty

We have all gone through times when we felt disoriented and confused. I know so many people who have gone to see Swami in India and all kinds of things erupt inside of them. It is as if He has a witch's broom, and He stirs it so that all of the scum comes to the top. If we do not know we have these negative tendencies inside, we cannot fix them. We have to be aware of the things inside of us that we have suppressed. As soon as we make contact with Swami, even if we do not see Him, we will be faced with many difficult changes. The only thing you can do is say, "I am going to give it to you, Swami." He says, "Give me all your negativity, I can deal with it." Do not let it overpower you. Just imagine you are taking hold of it and throwing it at Him. Have an actual image of it and that will make it a lot more real.

When our Devotion to God is Inconsistent

We all go through times when our devotion is inconsistent. There is no way around it. It is a natural process. Do not worry about it. Just hang on to His feet during the times that you are feeling that way. Keep asking Him. That is what enlightenment is all about. When we let that light within us, or the Baba within us, run our lives completely, that will be enlightenment. Too many of us look into the future, or we are looking at other people and competing with them. We should never try to compete with anybody else. It is useless. You do not know where you are on your path; you do not know where they are. The only one you can compare with is with the person you used to be.

Looking well kept does not mean Focusing on the Ego

Finding the balance between looking neat and materialistic concerns takes practice, like everything else. It requires a lot of planning ahead. You can have an internal conversation with Swami. It is amazing how the ideas will just come to your head if you practice talking to Swami all day long. You can get so much more done during the day with much less effort and no strain. He makes a great point of keeping balance in every aspect of our life.

He says that the body is the temple and that we must take care of it. We must keep it clean. We must keep it attractive, as much as possible. He likes us to be well groomed. It is a very fine line. It does not mean standing hours and hours in front of a mirror. Keep a standard for yourself and do not deviate from it. Then, you will not have the problems that many of you are incurring without realising it. He is very strict about the way you dress. He does not want the dress of either the boys or the girls to be distracting to the opposite group. He does not like people to look untidy. He made a point to me that we must dress correctly for whatever job we do, for whatever group of people we are with, because it is by our dress that we are accepted (in society). If you are dressing according to Swami's principles and still receive negative looks and attention, just try to be oblivious to it. There are many things that happen in this world, and we cannot control all of them.

Friendship with Members of the Opposite Sex and Dating

If you are going to date at all, you should with the intention of marriage. In some cultures, the two partners do not even meet until suddenly they are faced with one another. In our Western culture, we get to know one another before we get into a marriage relationship. I think that is why some of the arranged marriages really worked out better than we in the West would understand. They did put people together who were compatible. Sometimes I see people who are completely incompatible, and I wonder how they ever got together in the first place.

Many of the things that Baba says are for the Indians. With Westerners, He will frequently say, "Your customs are different." When you have a friendship with someone of the opposite sex, there is an attraction that is naturally built in so that the race can survive. He always says that until you are married, the relationship should not be consummated, for the simple reason that it is like playing musical beds. This is not good for either of the people. It is not conductive to a spiritual path, and it loads each of the people with all kinds of tensions. He tells all the boys at His College to look at every woman either as their mother if they are older, or as their sister. He is quite strict with them.

There are many questions about how we should work out Swami's teachings everyday life. Swami always seems to say that when you are worshipping, the two sexes should be separate. He gives very specific reasons for this. When people of the opposite sex are sitting close to one another, or mingling, there is a current that occurs, like an electric current, between the different people. It distracts the people from worship. In our country, you cannot avoid friendships with members of the opposite sex. We are thrown together in work and school situations. We naturally develop friendships.

How to deal with Lust

I know that the temptations are out there now more than ever because we are bombarded through television, movies and other media. That is why Swami warns us not to fill our minds with undesirable movies or magazines or any kind of media that stimulates us just on the physical level. He says in the Ceiling on Desires program that it is not just, what you take in through your mouth that is food, it is what you take in through all of your senses. You have to watch and be responsible for yourselves, each one of you. That is the most important thing we can do. Do not let somebody else tell you how you should behave. Just be strong. The only way you can be strong is to keep asking Baba to help you.

The best way to deal with these desires is to sit with Baba's picture and talk to Him as if you were sitting in front of His feet in the ashram. Tell Him exactly what you are feeling and what questions you want Him to answer. You have to be very dedicated and really do it. I told you, I always ask Swami to think, feel, speak, act and love through me all day. That really sets the stage. Then you have solid ground to work on because you have asked Him. Only when you ask Him, will He help you. He has made a point of that many, many times in my presence. You have got to ask. A lot of people say, "Oh Swami, I don't like to keep asking you all in the time." However, He says, "That's your duty." He cannot help until you ask. You must find a time when you are seriously asking from your heart to His. That is the only way you can control, or give up some of the feelings that you at your age are going to have. It is perfectly natural. Built into the human system is this attraction, just so there will be more people born. Do not feel guilty about it, just accept it. "Yes, I've got these feelings. All right Swami, if this isn't appropriate right now then you take care of it." He wants our temple (the body) to be kept as clean as possible so that we can worship Him within our own bodies.

Who is the Right Person to Marry?

People are put together where there is a karmic connection. They have something to work out. You can feel the connection. It is almost as if you already know the person. If that does not help, you just have to pray that Baba will bring you the person that He wants you to be with.

The Role of Marriage in Spirituality

In our culture, men and women get together. They have friendships. They have relationships. However, whether or not it is acceptable depends upon what is involved. Swami feels very strongly that God should come first. All relationships come second. We should not be attached to any other relationship as firmly as the one with the God within us. He says that we are God. That has to be our chief concern. He says that when two people get together in marriage it is very much like taking two very rough stones and putting them in a jar and shaking them up together so that the rough edges of each one, having friction with each other, can polish each other's rough edges. He says that is essentially, what relationships are all about. It is the same with families. It is the friction that is necessary to get all of the rough edges of each person completely smoothed out.

You have certain things to work out in this life karmically. There are certain things in past lives where we have digressed from the proper way of living, and we have got to work them out. If we keep on changing partners, we are not giving ourselves a chance to work out the karma we could be working out with that other person. Sometimes the tensest relationships are the most helpful for both of the people.

Offering humble pranams at the lotus feet of our most beloved Bhagwan,

Dear members of our Sai Family, the much awaited Sri Sathya Sai World Youth Conference was inaugarated amidst cheers, prayers and tears (of joy) in the immediate presence of our beloved Lord. Atleast 5000 delegates are here for the youth confernce flowen to Puttaparthi

from 86 different countries.

the whole youth took a procession in the streets of Puttaparthi early morning chanting mantras, singing bhajns and many of them had tears in thier eyes, hearful smiles and the atmosphere was just blisfull. while the streets of Puttaprthi were full with people on either side of the road, eagerly looking at the youth, the blessed ones were excited for the kind of response they were having from the co-devotes this feeling itself says how hopeful are the elders on the youth. they are the torch bearers of tommorow's world. As Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of India rightly "todays children are tomoorww citizens, by becoming mere citizens is not a big thing, but to become true citizens, beloved children of our Mother Sai is our ultimate goal.

the youth are so excited and thirilled for the oportunity they ae having. they are the chosen ones out of the miloios all over the world .they have come here after much hardship, they are completely immersed in the Ananda Saagar(ocean of happiness) filling strength and courage to swim the Samsara Sagara(ocean of life).

I was speaking to one sai sister from SA and she was saying, there is so much change ever since she has become  part of this Conference.

She says, all the worldly comforts,
bad company,
so called night life
is just waste of time and energy.
With Swami its never too late.
He gives ample amount of time for us to change.

Swami arrived for this morning darshan around 8am as two bands played music. The youth who were outside in the procession got back to Kulwanth hall at 8:40 and in a few minutes Swami emerged from the interview room with His most beautiful smile, like a mother proud of her children looked at all the youth gathered.

As Swami got at the center of the dias, Dr.Goldstein, the International president of Sri Sathya Sai Organisation, gave a fantastic talk highlighting the importance of conducting this youth conference especially during this time when the whole world is disturbed. Where peace is

broken into pieces. He was of the opinion that  time has come for the youth to carry forward the stupendous activities taken up by Sai Organisations all over theworld. He urged the youth to come forward to lend their helping hand to uplift the world which inturn will uplift one's own individual spiritual growth. After a 20 minute thought provoking talk Dr. Goldstein after taking Swami's blessings, introduced another speaker  from UK, a very active member of the Sai Organisation in UK.

He also spoke on the importance of youth taking over the charge. He shared some intimate moments with Swami and the way Swami changed his life.

After the talk, he went to Swami to take His blessings. Swami lovingly patted him and He stretched His hand around the neck of the man, as if to see if he has any chain around his neck. In the very next second, Swami's hand made two circles and during the third circle came a beautiful, gold chain and as all of us joined our hands, Swami slipped the chain around his neck.It was 9:45 by then.On normal days, bhajans would be finished. Dr.Goldstien and others were seen discussing with Swami probably about the next programme. I was thinking, what next Swami? Its inaugaral function of Youth Conference, and it would be so nice if you could speak

for some time and there came Swami's mike. Swami slowly rose from His thorne...

As Prof.Anil got closer to Swami, Sweet nectarine voice, "Prema Swarupulara emerged from our sweet Swami...

"Sathyambu nandunde Sarvambu Shristinche
the whole universe is born out of Sathya (truth)
Sathyambu nanadanage Sarva Shristi
Every thing merges in Truth
Sathya mahima leni stalamedi kanukonna sudda satva midiye choodarayya
There is no place where there is no truth..

The world is truth. You are verily embodiment of truth. Realise this truth and you will be happy. Man today has learnt a lot. he is acquiring many degrees. He is also acquiring common sense which is the size of a mighty mountain, but he is unable to give up discrimination. If you dont give up discrimination, then all that you have is waste of time. Be alike to every one."

Showing the hand kerchief, Swami continued,

This is a cloth. what was it before, thread, where from the thread came from cotton. so it was cotton, then thread and now cloth. in the same way you are not one.. you are three.
The one others think you are,
the one you think you are

and the one YOU REALLY ARE.
realise this truth and lead your life.

Give up body attachment. Its the root cause for all the disturbance. You are not the body. You say this is my head, my mind, my leg, my hand.. every time my.. my..my.. when you say MY LEG. you are saying the truth that you are not the leg.

The name given to this body is Sathya Sai Baba.
I am not Sathya Sai Baba,
its a mere name given to this body by parents.
So don't identity yourself with your body.

Its like a dress. So long as you are in this body you can claim this. When you leave this body, its set fire on the pire. then what happens to you..Its just your body which will be burnt and not you.

U always say I.. I.. I.. Strike a horizontal line to this I and it will become Cross (+). The I is gone.. Develop love for your fellow beings. Now a days man is running behind Dabbu.. dabbu (money). what for is this money? How much money does one need? Nothing will come with you after you leave this body.. The easiest thing which can be attained in this world is God. Just send your love to Him and He will give what ever you need. People show no interest towards God, rather run behind worldly comforts.

It was 10:15 by then, almost 30 minutes since Swami was delivering His divine discourse. He continued, Its getting late now. I don't want to continue further and give you trouble ( there was a big NO from the audience). You all assemble here at 4pm and I will tell you the easiest

way to reach God, in a very simple manner. So saying Swami sat on His thorne and later Prof.Anil Kumar took over the mike to make an announcement. He said, there is a Volley Ball match between Sri Lanka and India this afternoon at 4pm. The evening programme will continue as usual. Swami will go and come back after blessing the players.

As the prasadam was distributed Arathi was given to Swami

EVENING DARSHAN:

As Swami promised to visit the Indoor stadium at 4pm all the roads of Puttaparthi were jam packed with people on either side. All the deligates of the conference reached the newly built Indoor stadium by 3pm. There were very few devotees and volunteers in Kulwanth hall.

Swami's headed towards the indoor stadium around 4:15.It was 5pm and Swami was still in the stadium. It was 5:30 and all were expecting Swami any moment. The match was going on in full swing, had a nail biting finish and at the end India won the match. Just 10 minutes before Swami came out, I came out to the street. Stood at my favourite spot,Late Sai Geetha's house.

The little elephant (many call her Sai Lakshmi, yet not sure if Swami

gave any name to her). Junior Sai Geetha was playing in the planatorium compound. The tiny tot, who is around 5 feet tall, like a small child was running here and there, totally ignoring the surroundings and happenings.

As Swami's car was about to come out from the stadium, Mr.Pedda Reddy, took Junior Sai Geetha out side. It was an emotional moment for me as I always used to stand by Sai Geetha when every Swami came out for Darshans. This time, Sai Geetha(Jr), was standing right next to me, as Mr.Pedda Reddy was holding the rope around her neck, I hold her left ear, it was a very different experience, standing by an elephant, who again was just as tall as me. I was wondering how she will respond to Swami when the car gets closer. Above all the crowd, security was just uncontrollable.

Swami's car got closer and closer, Pedda Reddy took the Jr closer to the road. I was holding her ears tight, the little soul, was totally unaware of what was happening, Swami's car got more closer and the driver almost stopped the car by her side and Swami bend a bit forward looked at her with a beautiful smile and the Sai Geetha Jr, gave a thumping reply by raising her trunk, and devotees watching this divine romance screamed out of joy.. Later she was taken in and I continued my JOG WITH THE DIVINE..

Every time I run with Swami, He gives the same soothing look, sweet smile and watching the crowds smile, throw flowers, call out for Swami loudly, just made me cry from the bottom of my heart, thanked Swami from the bottom of my heart for letting me see Him so close and for all His love and affection He showers on we, devotees.

It was 6pm by then and after running with the car till the Ganesh Gate, I went into the ashram to catch  yet another glimpse of Him from Kulwanth Hall. the hall was empty by then. There were only few sevadals. As I curiously looked at Swami's car as where it will head to, the car slowly drove towards Swami's residence.

Probably the prayers of the players was so intense that Swami had to extend His stay in the stadium....

With prayers and thanks givings for a beautiful day, I left the ashram hoping for a more fruitful day tomorrow.

Satish Naik from Parthi

Pure, Unsullied Principle of Truth is Omnipresent and it is from this Truth that the whole of Creation emerged, said Bhagawan delivering His inaugural Divine Discourse during the Third Sri Sathya Sai World Youth Conference in Prasanthi Nilayam on 26th July 2007. Youth from more than 86 countries are participating in the three day Conference organised at the auspices of Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation, the governing body of Sri Sathya Seva Service Organisations – worldwide.

The morning of 26th July dawn in Prasanthi Nilayam seeing the exuberant, vibrant Youth from all over the globe in large numbers gearing up with final touches for presenting themselves to their beloved Master and Lord, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The Youth took out a massive rally, a procession that started from the Hill View Stadium to culminate in Sai Kulwant Hall carrying respective country flags along with traditional costumes from each nation. It was a long, colourful parade, a presentation of their representation to Bhagawan who was through and through watching the entire procession lasted for over fifty minutes.

How can you be Ideal? asked Dr. Michael Goldstein, Chairman, Sri Sathya Sai World Foundation welcoming and addressing the vast congregation of Youth attending the Conference. We do not have to engage in years of austerities for the emergence of the human ideal; we have to merely acknowledge the Divinity who sits before us and within us; take Him seriously, imbibe His Love, study His Words, emulate His example and Teachings. Become an Ideal Sai Youth by practising His precept - LOVE ALL SERVE ALL, was his simple advice to his younger colleagues.

Mr. Shitu Chudasama, the International co-ordinator for Sai Youth addressing the gathering urged the Youth of the world to make efforts to understand their true nature. Citing incidents from Bhagawan’s own youthful days and from that of some of the great lives from the annals of Indian epics, he stressed the importance of leading an ideal life to fulfil the highest aim of man’s life. Sai Youth must make efforts to bring the energy enthusiasm and imagination to the Sai Organisation in respective countries; Primary Goal of the Conference is to assist and facilitate the Sai Youth to look within to find God. Thanking Bhagawan profusely for His all out involvement and encouragement through and through during the run-up to the Conference, Sri Chudasama placed a fervent prayer at His Lotus Feet on behalf of the Sai Youth to make them worthy instruments in His Mission. In conclusion, he added, Swami, life without You is a hopeless end and Life with You is an endless hope.

Man is developing knowledge and commonsense, but is lacking the sense of discrimination said, Bhagawan referring to the present day plight of humanity. It is for this reason that human values are on the decline, asserted Bhagawan. Referring to Educare, Bhagawan said, true Sadhana, spiritual practise lies in deep enquiry into one’s own heart bringing out the five divine principles, Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-violence.

Senses are merely decorative pieces in human body. Develop deep conviction and faith in the inherent Divinity. Before concluding His Divine Discourse Bhagawan promised to explain the Principle of Love during the course of the Conference.

The Conference session continued with the first workshop session during which two eminent senior speakers, Mrs. Mallika Srinivasan, Director of Tractors and Farming Equipments Ltd. (TAFE) and Sri Sanjay Sahani, an alumnus of Sri Sathya Sai University Principal, Brindavan Campus, Sri Sathya Sai University, addressing the Youth.

The Youth have been brought into Swami’s fold at a time when their heart is open to receive His love instantly.  The Youth seek to lead holistic pursuits over material life, yearn to achieve a larger purpose and strive to be better human beings.  Living in the presence of Bhagawan offers the best of opportunities to achieve the same. Mrs. Srinivasan’s thematic rhetoric revolved around the 5 D’s Bhagawan often refers to, namely, Devotion, Duty, Discipline, Determination and Discrimination, in detail with references.

We are living in extra ordinary times; it is the best of times and also the worst of times; it is the best of times because man will never get an easier opportunity to redeem himself at a time a Divine Incarnations walks on earth; it the worst of times because the very presence of a Divine Incarnation amidst us is a very sign of declining standards of living which have warranted His coming, said Sri Sanjay Sahani commencing his speech. Stressing on the importance of Transformation, Mr. Sahani said: We are living in an age marked as Information Age, but the need of the hour is Transformation. In the world SAI, S - stands for Spiritual Transformation, A - stands for Association Transformation and I - stands for Individual Transformation. Entwined with personal memoirs and anecdotes from devotee’s experience Mr. Sahani urged the Youth to aspire to be a Sai Student for life.

This was followed by a 20 minute question answer session.

The highlight of the evening session was a friendly basketball match between Indian and Sri Lanka organised on the sidelines of the International Youth Conference, aptly titled Peace Through Basketball. The match was organised in the Sri Sathya Sai Indoor Stadium, before a packed audience. Before the commencement of the match, players, coaches and officials from both the sides were introduced to Bhagawan by the Secretary General of FIBA ASIA chief, Dato Yeoh Choo Hock. The match was won by India 44-40. There was interesting dance sequels by the legendary Uday Shankar’s troupe before the commencement and during the break of the match.

Sai Ram Heavenly embodiments

Today tears rained from our eyes as the gorgeous procession of Sai Youth from A-Z, from all over the globe marched into Prashanti Nilayam upholding flags representing their respective nations. Swami watched as marching bands, playing such favorite tunes as "When the Saints come marching In" and "Red Rive valley" blew their rousing melodies through tubas, saxphones, etc.

I was blessed with token #4, which by the way still had me seated behind the Mandir clock, yet nevertheless I was able to observe the whold program at a beautiful distance.

Dr. Goldstein presented the inauguration speech for the Sai World Youth Conference. He exhorted the yourh to become ideal messengers of Sathya Sai Baba, putting the 5 human values into practice and becoming examples of Love. The next speaker, was the InternationalYouth coordinator, I couldn't distinctly hear his name, but he also spoke sublinely and encouragingly to the youth. He ended with "Swami without you our lives are a hopeless end, with you our lives are an endless hope"

Our Lord Sai then gave His glorious discourse, beginning with the commandment that we all live in Truth, that truth is our reality. A few fragments I recall are:  He talkd about the 5 elements and how the human body is composed of the 5 elements. That without knowledge and discrimmination our lives are zero. He stated that man has lost discrimmination and the ability to know right from wrong,  the 5 human values are on the decline and that man is preoccupied with the accumulation of money and material objects.

He also declared that no one need go in search of God, God is present everywhere. Giving the example of how we describe our bodies as my leg, my arm etc. Swam said "Who is this My?" Sai Avatar said man is I and I not the body. Man is inherently divine.

Baba also talked at length on the principle of Love. When He ended His discourse, our beloved Lord invited us all to return at 4PM where He would teach us more fully the Divine principle of Love.

It has been an exciting week full of all sorts of programmes and treats. I felt such joy and hope as I watched the procession of orange scarved youths fill the Mandir hall to overflowing.

Swami has watched over the youth with the meticulous and loving care of a universal Mom.

He gave the young ladies lovely saris, and fed them all free of charge.

These youth are Bhagavan's intenational global bangaroos and the World's golden hope, heralding a new age of Love, Peace, Truth, Righteousness and Non-violence.

More Bliss later

Lots of Prema,

Sai Ram embodiments of Pure Love

Swami allowed the Cooksville, Canada group to perform a play entitled "The Sacred Bridge," on Thursday evening darshan. It centered around the power and vital essence of namasmarana. The youth depicted the bridge built by Sri Hanuman on the strength of Rama's name, it was a beautiful and inspiring performance. Swami allowed the group to take photos with Him and gave white cloth to some of the actors. He also gave permission for the group to sing bhajans, a few members took padnamaskar. Later prasadam was distributed to the public.

With the burgeoning crowds I have been reluctant to come for token lines in the morning, sleeping in and coming late just before Sai Avatar arrives. Swami gave me some distant token lines in the afternoon, actually received last line twice in one week. So I promptly got the message and started coming for morning token lines again, our Sweet Lord gave me token 2 this afternoon and 4 this morning, He surely knows how to get His point across!!

Yesterday morning Darshan was like a sudden summer shower quenching our parched spirits. I really thought Sai Avatar was not coming out at all, bhajans were in full swing and as the clock crept past 9:30am we were all crestfallen, then at about 9:40AM the shower of grace flooded the Mandir in His chair!
He swiftly flowed down the main aisle on the Ladies side and up the center into the inner Mandir. briefly staying for about 1 bhajan and then accepting arathi and
breezing back out in His chair. It was absolutely divine.

This afternoon He came down from the veranda in His chair and gave smiles and sweet Darshan to the students and World conference Youth.

More Bliss later. Sending you all Sai Love and Peace.

Lots of Prema

Sai Ram Sai Family

The Sai Woirld Youth conference members are arriving steadily. They have beautiful seating in the Mandir, one young women's section towards the center close to the veranda, another section in the general area near the middle of the Mandir.  This afternoon Swami gave us all amazing Darshan. I was seated in the island section near the veranda, I suddenly felt the urge to move closer to left side of that section and closer to the veranda. there was one little space left which I squeezed into. I felt very uncomfortable because it really was a tight squeeze, and I wondered why I had left the other much more roomier spot. Then our Lord showed me why.

Swami sailed into the Mandir in His silver car, stopping near the entrance, He spoke for awhile to a lady with a baby, then materialized something for her, not sure what it was.
He proceeded slowly and grandly towards the mens' side of the Mandir, again stopping
for a few minutes, the sound of clapping pierced the air and we surmised that He had manifested something else.

Sai Avatar reached the veranda and walked from His chair into His room. He spent some time there. Then surpised us all by coming back out in His chair. He gestured to His attendents to go around the Mandir and give chair Darshan. With all our Might we begged Him to come in our direction. He came down the ladies side but turned towards the
section where the young ladies where seated. Down the left side of that area and turning
right He continued taking letters and talking to them so lovingly.

Baba glided towards the students interacting with them and seemed to be heading back towards the veranda. But fooling everyone, He circled back around coming down the main section, blessing the young men in the Sai Youth Group, and again interacting on that side with the students. Just before He came to the next section of the ladies youth group He turned up the middle and gave attention again to the first Youth group ladies section.

But this wasn't the end of this leela..... Swami looked like He was going onto the veranda from the ladies side. Once again we called to Him our Hearts pouring bhakti streams. Swami turned around came over to the island section where I was seated very close to the aisle and looked at us all intensely, showering His shakti. He then crossed over and went back down the main aisle towards the men's side and gave sweet darshan to the second grouping of young women, assuaging their obvious yearning.  Went back up the middle and onto the veranda. Heaven just Heaven!!!!!! Everyone was divinely sated and saturated.

Before signing off I just want to mention an interesting contemplation. I have been considering moving from Florida to the mountains, but not sure where, so of course I have
been bugging Swami to tell me where. I mentioned this while talking to a young lady in the Canada Youth group. She said something very wise and way beyond her years. "Swami has already told you where you just have to listen," isn't that marvelous and so absolutely true.
In the interview, Swami said, His voice soft as the all pervading Ocean wind, "God is everywhere." Exactly the same answer He gave the German lady devotee in her 1980's interview. To be able to hear and see He who is everywhere, Eternal Darshan, right now,
forever, just imagine, everyone is promised that. Well, I will leave you with these thoughts to contemplate. Sending you all Your heart's desire, Sai right here, right now.

Lots of Bliss and Prema
Your, sonya ki group.
